We took down the Christmas tree and then decided to get out the snow shoes. It is rare that we have enough snow to do this. It was so beautiful! The sky was so blue and the snow was sparkling. We both remarked that this was part of the fantasy when we moved here. We did, however, exhaust ourselves...well at least I did. Brian broke the trail and I followed, but it wore me out. I guess we will have to cancel the wild partying that we had planned for tonight. No dancing for me. Happy New Year.
